I am a painter and printmaker. Most of my recent work reflects my surroundings, particularly the shapes and patterns of my garden and the countryside around my home in Mallorca, Spain and in Sussex, England. The work that I make is a record of the essence of what interests me rather than an attempt at realism.
I am interested in sorting and reordering these shapes , rearranging and repeating them to make a series, often a series of five.
Hence the recent work..
I am sitting in my kitchen looking at a watercolour ‘ Maltese Shop’ on the wall. I bought it for my husband in Bristol many years ago, unfortunately after many years of giving us joy it is very faded! It’s signed by Petrina Wright and and dated 1987, is this you? If so, I just love your work now and obviously recognised an early talents. Please let me know.

I dont sell my work through the website Im afraid .
I am represented by Rialto Living and they do have quite a stock of my work if you are ever in Palma again.
